How do you open a padlock when you don’t have the combination?
I found a lock today and I wanna use it for gym, it works fine but i don’t have the combonation for it anymore! does anyone know how I can get the combo?
A lock smith can open the lock but what your going to pay, its cheaper to buy a new one drug stores have them for 3.00-5.00 dollars

Is it safe to bring a digital camera to camp?
because Im going tomorrow
If anyone has an experience of doing this can you tell me? I dont want to lose it and I want to know what is best
Depends on how safe you keep it.
As long as it doesnt get wet, stolen, or banged around, it should be fine.
If you dont want to risk it, just get one of those disposable cameras for a few bucks

My key won’t enter fully enter into chamber of the lock? Same for my spare?
The key is only going in 1/3 of the way to the housing of the lock… and the refuses to go in any further.
I’ve tried a bit of wiggling it, gently.. tried a slight amount of force (but not too much incase cause more damage)……… Any ideas of what else I might try?
I noticed it resisting a bit the other day… difficult to get key in… but now it’s just not letting the key in at all.
It’s a standard type of key and lock…. like you’d get on a normal front door for a UK house.

I’ve got some PTFE spray in the garage as a matter of fact – (similar to WD40) so I’ll try lubing the key and enter it into lock now. Thanks!
Inside your lock there are a bunch of pins (tumblers) that move up and down when you insert your key. The bumps on the key line up the pins so that you can turn the lock and open the door.
I suggest going to a hardware store and buying some spray lubricant (WD40) and spraying inside where you insert your key and try to put your key in and do this a few times. this will unfreeze any pins that may be sticking and the lock should work smoother.
